Job summary

We are care ltd. is looking for compassionate care workers to support adults with learning disabilities in residential services in Coventry.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends; you choose the pattern that works for you. You will work with the same teams to build strong relationships with the people you support, ensuring consistent, respectful care.

Qualifications

• 6 months of paid UK care experience with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Provide care with dignity and respect to adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends and build regular teams.
