• Must be Flexible for working between 9:00am-10:00pm.
• Evening Shifts- 4-10pm
• Sleeping Nights- 10pm- 7:00am,7:00am-9:00am.
• This role includes Sleeping Nights and Alternative Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible – making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.

Your role will include:

• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care
• Supporting people to access community activities and healthcare appointments
• Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety at all times
• Working closely with families and professionals
