Job summary

Dream Big independent living is seeking a motivated Supported Accommodation Manager to lead a service supporting young people aged 16-18. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide a team of support staff, and ensure high-quality, personalised support while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on safeguarding, independence-building, and collaboration with social workers and local authorities to secure positive outcomes for residents. Salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising within a young people, care, housing or supported accommodation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
• Confident dealing with safeguarding and challenging situations.
• Organised, reliable and professional.
• Enhanced DBS and relevant background checks required.
