Due to growth, we are recruiting for a Deputy Manager, you’ll be based within the head office to supportthe Supported Living Manager in the provision of a stable,structured, and therapeutic environment for our Supported Livingservice. You will work closely with the Supported Living Director,Team Manager and Supported Living Support Workers to ensure thatthey work closely with the children and young people accessing theservice, who they support, ensuring all team members arenurturing, listening, and encouraging. The Supported Livingservice is designed specifically to provide semi-independentliving support to young people aged 16 years and over and mayinclude Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC). You willensure that the values of organization are embodied, ensuring theeffective implementation of care plans and person-centred care, aswell as taking a lead role in developing and updating the keydocuments, whilst role modelling and supporting colleagues. It isessential that you are a supportive, driven person. Youwill be expected to support in covering shortfalls alongside theSupported Living Manager.
This role is subjectto the successful applicant having an enhanced DBS check forchild and adult workforce with barred list checks.
