About the Role

This role involves working closely with housing providers, local authorities, and support services to provide housing solutions for vulnerable individuals, ensuring access to safe, affordable accommodation and supporting tenancy maintenance.

This assignment is classified as inside IR35.

Candidate Requirements

1. Facilitate the letting of properties within the supported housing portfolio, managing tenancies professionally, legally, and ethically.
2. Assist tenants in transitioning into their new homes by providing guidance and ongoing support, including regular check-ins.
3. Act as a key contact for tenants and landlords, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
4. Ensure all lettings and tenancy management practices comply with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and company policies.
