Support Workers (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Starting salary for full-time roles: £24,570, with hours of 37.5 per week. Part-time roles are paid at £12.60 per hour, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings, subject to rotas.

Sleep-in shifts are essential, with additional payment of approximately £55.28 per shift.

You will be part of the Aldingbourne Trust, responsible for helping tenants live safely and develop independence. Our team supports 23 adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, living in their own flats and homes, assisting with daily activities.

You will work as part of a team to ensure the emotional, social, medical, and material needs of the people we support are met, in accordance with the Care Standards Act, CQC standards, and other legal requirements, including safeguarding and medication policies.
