Job summary

Easycare 4 U Limited seeks Home Care Workers in West Yorkshire to provide compassionate, person-centred care in clients' homes. The role offers flexible hours, paid training, induction, and ongoing support within a friendly team.

You will help with personal care, meals, mobility, and medication per care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote independence, dignity and respect for every client you serve.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.

As a Home Care Worker, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
