Voyage Care in Willington, Bedford is seeking genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers to help people live more independently. You’ll work in a welcoming service with a dynamic team, supporting daily living, personal care and community activities.

No two days are the same as you teach life skills, accompany people to bars, cinemas or home activities, and progress towards goals. A full UK driving license, resilience and a caring attitude are essential; DBS checks apply.

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Our supported living service in Willington, Bedford is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday. We're interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. Support Worker - Willington - £12.89 per hour

Working between the hours of: Monday - Sunday, 07:30 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 22:15

• Some of our roles require male or female employees only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010

• Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
