Voyage Care is hiring a Support Worker for Willington. You will help people gain independence, assist with personal care, and encourage community participation in a dynamic team.

Role involves varied activities across days and evenings, including outings and leisure activities. A full UK driving license is required; resilience and a compassionate approach are essential to support our clients in achieving their goals.

Support Worker - Willington - £12.89 per hour

Working between the hours of: Monday - Sunday, 07:30 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 22:15

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Willington, Bedford is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
