A strong value base is at the heart of all our services; therefore, we would expect you to be able to demonstrate your own strengths, qualities and passion in delivering person centred care that is innovative, positive, and empowering for the people we support. It will at times be a challenging environment; therefore, resilience and patience will be important too.
