Alternative Futures Group (AFG) is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help people live independently and achieve personal goals. Roles span people's own homes, community settings, and care environments, with personalised plans for each individual.

No prior care experience is required; we value attitude, empathy and reliability. You’ll work flexibly across day shifts, waking nights, sleep-ins, and weekends in a supportive, values-led team.

About the Role As a Support Worker at AFG, you'll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. This could be in:

• People's own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
