Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker in Ellesmere Port to help people live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.

You don’t need prior care experience—full training is provided. You’ll support people in their own homes, community settings, or care environments, following personalised plans with a compassionate, values-led team. Flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins, and weekends offer a rewarding, long‑term career in health and social care.

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This could be in:

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
