Job summary

Royal Mencap Society in York is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for waking nights to help adults with learning disabilities live independently and safely in the community.

You will work with a supportive team, receive full training, and be part of a values-driven environment that recognises contributions. Night shift patterns and DBS checks will be discussed at interview, with excellent benefits on offer.

Job Advert

We are looking to recruit a passionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in York, YO23.

Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

Night support worker hours/shift pattern to be discussed at interview.
