Job summary

Radis Community Care in Banbury is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Stanbridge House. You will support residents aged 55 and over to maintain independence, assisting with personal care and light domestic tasks.

You will help residents participate in recreational and social activities, promoting dignity, respect and choice while working nights from 10pm to 7am with alternate weekends.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker/ Care Assistant to join our Friendly , committed and caring team Stanbridge House in Banbury

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting customers who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence

The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.

The role is to promote Customers independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.

10pm-7a and alternate weekends
