Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking care staff for waking night shifts in a rural area, covering 20:00–08:00 two shifts per week. The role involves supporting one individual with complex needs, with a focus on building a trusted, consistent care team.

You will receive full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from a Care Manager. We offer accrued holiday pay, a set rolling rota, access to the Active Learning Hub for development, and a Nest Personal Pension account.

Shifts Available:

Waking Night shifts run from 8 PM to 8 AM 2 shifts a week. Please note due to a rural location, we are seeking drivers for this position. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
