• Expérience précédente en tant qu'Assistante de soins ou dans un rôle similaire préférée mais pas essentielle.
• Doit posséder un permis de conduire complet et avoir accès à un véhicule personnel pour le travail.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un soutien aux adultes vivant dans leurs propres maisons avec des soins personnels, préparation des repas, et tâches ménagères.

Location: Digby Court, Edward Road, Dorchester

• £13.08 per hour
• Waking nights vacancy available
• Fixed work patterns on a 3-week rota

About the role:

Digby Court Supported Living in based Dorchester. This service allows adults who need some support to live within their own homes (fully fitted flats) without the need to move into a retirement home. Supported Living includes the benefit of support in any areas of their day-to-day lives that they require. We can support with anything from Personal Care to food preparation to household chores.

About you:

Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.

• A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle for work purposes is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
