The Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll help people live the lives they choose by:
- Supporting with everyday tasks and promoting independence
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Administering medication (full training provided)
- Encouraging hobbies, activities, and community involvement
- Being someone people can rely on, laugh with, and trust

- Great communicators who love building meaningful relationships
- Patient, understanding and able to stay calm under pressure
- Confident using conflict-resolution skills when needed
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Ready to bring positivity, energy and plenty of personality to work every day

Your Shift Pattern
Days
Various shifts between 07:00–22:00 (rota basis)
Waking Nights
22:00–07:00
Weekend working is required on a fair rota basis.

We have a range of contracts available for both Day Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers.
