Support Worker - Marshfield, Cardiff - Hourly Rate £11.60 to £12.50 - Full Time 40.25 hours per week

The Old Vicarage provides a warm and welcoming home for up to 10 adults aged 18 and above.

Nestled in the tranquil rural setting of Marshfield near Newport, our residence offers a spacious and comfortable environment. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, and our residents have access to large communal areas, laundry facilities, and well-equipped kitchens. Outside, our beautifully maintained gardens provide plenty of outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.

A day in the life of working at The Old Vicarage includes:

• Ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
• Supporting residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration;
• Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, while celebrating achievements and milestones;
• Working collaboratively to tailor support to individual needs;
• Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents as needed;
