Unique Care Group is seeking a compassionate Children’s Residential Support Worker / Team Leader to join our Shrewsbury team. You will provide person-centred care to children and young people with autism, SEND, and complex needs, promoting independence and safety.

Applicant must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a full UK driving licence. We offer guaranteed hours, ongoing training and real career progression in a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is required.
• Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability and dedication in caring roles.
• Experience in leadership or coordinating a team is desirable.

About the role

Unique Care Group are looking for a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker / Team Leader to join our growing team in Shrewsbury.

You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people with autism, SEND, learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them feel safe, develop their independence and live happy, fulfilling lives.
