Unique Care Group is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Shrewsbury. You will provide person-centred care and support to children and young people with autism, SEND and complex needs, helping them build independence and feel secure.

This permanent role offers guaranteed contracted hours, ongoing training, funded qualifications and a range of benefits, with salary £29,064 to £30,102 per year.

Residential Support Worker

Pay: £29,064.00- £30,102.00

Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire (SY12)

Contract: 173 hours per month, averaging 40 hours per week.

Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and possess a full, valid UK driving licence.
