Unique Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Shrewsbury. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people with autism, SEND, learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them feel safe and develop their independence.

Support Worker

Pay: £29,064.00- £30,102.00

Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire (SY12)

Contract: 173 hours per month, averaging 40 hours per week.

• Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and possess a full, valid UK driving licence.
