Job summary

Active Care Group in Tamworth is seeking a Team Leader to support an inspiring gentleman with high-quality personal care and specialist clinical support. You will lead a compassionate team, coordinate daily routines, and help the client stay independent with a person-centred approach.

You'll work contracted 36 hours per week, with day and night shifts, and travel with the client including holidays. Full training and ongoing support from a Care Manager are provided.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn specialist clinical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rotas and mentor the team.
  • Provide hands-on personal care and clinical support.
  • Deliver specialist clinical care once competencies are completed.
  • Ensure routines and care plans are followed.
  • Communicate with family, health professionals and the Care Manager.
