We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Tamworth on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours/week). Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays.
About the role:
You'll support 8 incredible individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live happy, independent lives. Whether it's heading to the cinema, enjoying a meal out, or dancing at a local disco - no two days are the same!
What you'll do:
Personal care and daily living support
Help with budgeting, appointments, cooking, and more
Build strong, positive relationships
Support community activities and social inclusion
Shift patterns: Typically 7am-4pm or 4pm-10pm.
