Job summary

Frontier Consulting is recruiting Support Workers for a national supported living service in Hildenborough, Kent. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you will help individuals live independently with compassionate care and support.

Shifts run 7:30am–10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts. A full UK driving licence is essential to drive service vehicles. Applicants must have full right to work; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate records of support provided and any changes in the individual's condition.
