Job summary

Recruitment 4 Healthcare is seeking a Female Support Worker for a Supported Living service in Chelmsford and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support, promoting independence and dignity, and providing personal care as needed.

You will work with individuals in supported living environments, following care plans, with stable rotas and ongoing development opportunities. Chelmsford applicants are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Be a female Support Worker (occupational requirement due to service user needs).
• Be reliable, patient, and compassionate.
• Experience in supported living, learning disabilities, or mental health preferred but not essential.

We are a CQC-registered care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supported living services. Were expanding our Chelmsford team and are looking for compassionate female Support Workers who value stability, structure, and meaningful work.What we offer

You must

• Be a female Support Worker (occupational requirement due to service user needs)

• Have experience in supported living, learning disabilities, or mental health (preferred but not essential)
• Have the right to work in the UK
