Job summary

Recruitment 4 Healthcare is seeking a Female Support Worker for a Supported Living service in Chelmsford and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support, promoting independence and dignity, and providing personal care as needed.

You will work with individuals in supported living environments, following care plans, with stable rotas and ongoing development opportunities. Chelmsford applicants are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Be a female Support Worker (occupational requirement due to service user needs).
• Be reliable, patient, and compassionate.
• Experience in supported living, learning disabilities, or mental health preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals in supported living accommodation.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Supporting daily living activities (meals, medication prompts, appointments, community access).
• Working in line with individual care and support plans.
• Lone working where risk-assessed and appropriate.
