LiveWest is seeking a part-time Support Worker (14.8 hours per week) for a Lavender Court service in Bristol. You will support adults with housing and social care needs, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment. DBS checks are required and you may contribute to risk assessments and personal support plans.

Are you passionate about supporting others to rebuild their lives? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Bristol, working with adult males with enduring mental health and adult social care support needs. This is a low-support service, focused on helping individuals maintain their tenancies and live independently. This also includes empowering residents, encouraging social inclusion, supporting with benefits, bills and budgeting, and exploring employment, education and training.
This role is being offered on a part time basis working 14.8 hours per week, based at our service in Lavender Court, Bristol.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups. Appointment to this role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
