LiveWest is recruiting a part-time Support Worker to empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently within a Supported Housing setting in the Newquay area. The role involves lone working, 22.2 hours across 3 days per week on a rolling 4-week rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will be assessing needs, planning support, maintaining records, and working with partner agencies to promote participation and well-being. DBS checks are required.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is being offered on a part time, permanent basis working 22.2 hours per week. You will be working 3 days per week, on a rolling 4 week rota, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm, to include bank holidays, weekends. This role will be based at our Kernow Court Services, supporting customers in the Newquay area. Please note, this role will involve lone working.

About The Candidate:

To be successful in your application for the role of Support Worker, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:
