📍 Covering Bristol

💷 £25,659 – £28,510 per annum

🕒 Full-time, permanent – 37 hours per week (5-week rolling rota, Mon–Sun, 8am–9pm)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs in relation to housing
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
  • Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
  • Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.
