Job summary

Amegreen Children's Services in West Berkshire is seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to help young people build confidence, develop life skills and work towards independence.

You’ll support with daily tasks, education and community activities, and you’ll work closely with families and professionals to create tailored plans. Experience in care is welcome but your attitude and values are more important; we offer training, pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and confident when situations are challenging.

Job description

At Amegreen Children’s Services, we’re looking for a caring, reliable and resilient Support Worker to join our team in West Berkshire. This is more than a support role. You’ll help young people build confidence, develop life skills and take real steps towards independence and adulthood.From supporting someone to cook their first meal or manage their money, to helping them access education, employment or activities in the community,you’ll be there for the moments that make a difference.
