Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting Support Workers in Stotfold, Shefford & Biggleswade to help people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs live more independently. You’ll support daily living skills, attend activities, and help create safe, caring routines in a rota-based schedule.

No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in your role and make a real difference in the community.

Roles Available

• Shift patterns: Rota-based between 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday
• 37.5 hour contract across Shefford & Stotfold *Female Support Worker
• Bank/Sessional rolesalso available
