Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our services in Walsall, helping adults with learning disabilities to live well in residential and supported living settings.

You will cover days, nights and weekends, choosing shifts that fit your life. You’ll work with regular teams to build strong relationships and provide compassionate, person-centred support.

Training and DBS checks are in place, with competitive pay including holiday pay and pension where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply.

What you need:

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply

What you get: fair pay, paid directly by us, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate, paid every two weeks, and a workplace pension where eligible. You choose the shifts that suit you.
