Job description

Location: Somerset (near Glastonbury/Yeovil)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week (Wednesdays, Fridays, and 3 Saturdays per month)
Driver Required: Yes (must have business insurance)
Start Date: ASAP

At Nurslink Homecare, we’re proud to offer more than just care—we support independence, wellbeing, and peace of mind. We’re currently looking for a Support Worker to join a homecare package in Somerset supporting a dedicated mum managing chronic fatigue and mobility issues.

You’ll help maintain her independence by supporting her with daily routines, offering emotional and practical assistance, and occasionally providing care for one of her children with additional needs.

You do need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle to work as a Support Worker with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Providing light physical assistance with fatigue and pain management
– Helping with medication prompts and mobility around the home
– Support with structured routines and household tasks
– Occasionally assisting with child care when children are home
– Creating a calm, respectful and uplifting home atmosphere
