Lifeways Group in Leeds is hiring dedicated care workers to support individuals with autism and complex needs in their daily lives. You'll work across full-time and part-time shifts, helping residents live independently and participate in community activities.

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
• Part-time & Sessional roles also available

What You’ll Be Doing:

In Seacroft Leeds, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignityand respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
