Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking flexible care workers to support adults in residential and supported living services near Sandwich in east Kent. You will choose days, nights and weekends that suit you, with regular shifts and consistent teams to build rapport with those you support.

The role involves helping people live well and promoting independence in a compassionate environment. Experience with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is helpful, and a minimum of six months paid UK

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
