Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Salisbury. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position.
We have a registered care home where five ladies with learning disabilities live and enjoy fulfilling lives.
As a Female Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these individuals. Each person has unique abilities and needs, and you will support them to live the life they choose.

All our services operate 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
*An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate (paid for by Mencap, T&Cs apply).
*Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female-only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
