We're looking for full-time and part‑time Support Workers to join our welcoming team at Rusthall Adult Short Breaks. We provide short breaks for adults aged 16 and over with learning disabilities and complex needs in a warm, homely environment where people feel safe, valued, and supported.
At Rusthall, you'll be part of a friendly team that supports each other as well as the people we care for. We believe that kindness, patience, and a positive attitude are just as important as experience.
