Support Worker - Children's Therapeutic Home

Location: Gloucester, GL2
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000+ with up to two sleep-ins per week
Higher salary range available for those with Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare.

I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity within a small, specialist residential children's service that's making a real difference in young people's lives. • Hold (or are working towards) a Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare
• Understand trauma-informed care and safeguarding
• Are great communicators, team players, and committed to creating brighter futures
