Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking Support Workers to help people live as independently as possible across community settings, people’s homes, and care facilities.

No prior care experience is required; a right attitude, empathy and communication skills are essential. You will work flexibly, including day shifts, waking nights, sleep-ins and weekends, as part of a values-led team dedicated to making a real difference.

About The Role
