Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live independently and reach personal goals. You will work across homes and community services, delivering personalised support aligned with each individual9;s plan and aspirations.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This Could Be In
  • People’s own homes
  • Community-based services
  • Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
