Job summary

Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services in Bolton. You will provide person-centred care and support to people with learning disabilities to help them enjoy active and fulfilled lives.

You will assist with personal care, help with daily activities in the home and in Bolton's wider community, and support individuals to make choices and build independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Willingness to drive and support activities in the community.
• Must have a clean, valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities
