Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. in Leeds (LS15) seeks a Personal Assistant to provide community and practical support, enabling independence and access to activities. The role covers gym, swimming, events, driving support, and daily errands, with full training and a supportive environment.

Flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate (£13.23–£16.54 per hour) apply, with a Monday–Friday base and extra weekend/evening availability. Training and guidance will be provided throughout.

Qualifications

• Willingness to support a variety of community activities.
• Respect for confidentiality in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must hold a valid driving licence to support transport and mobility.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred (live-in or visiting support) and access to a car is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Domestic care and practical support as part of daily routines.
• Support with social and leisure activities and community participation.
• Assistance to remain independent and manage errands and appointments.
