Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting warm, flexible and motivated individuals to work as peripatetic Support Workers across Tyneside and Durham. You will provide person-centred support to people living in their own tenancies, helping them thrive in their communities.

The role involves travelling across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Consett and Hartlepool to assist with medication administration, MAR sheets, personal care and community access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK care experience.
• Driving license is essential due to wide travel area.
• Strong commitment to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication support and MAR Sheet completion.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support access to community activities and independent living.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with service users.
