Job summary

Creative Support's Development Pathway in Ulverston is seeking calm and resourceful individuals to provide person-centred care and support to tenants, helping them engage in everyday life and activities. You will operate within a positive behaviour support framework, embracing personal care, domestic tasks and community activities like walking, swimming and dining out.

Training is provided via our academy, with a flexible rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
