Kingsley Specialist Services is seeking a Support Worker to join a focused team delivering person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help maintain personal care, promote independence, and support daily activities within our home environment.

Working within the PBS framework, you will engage residents with respectful, proactive care and collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards.

Qualificações

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous carer experience preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain residents' personal care needs with dignity and promote independence.
• Ensure care services meet high standards and assist with day-to-day activities in the home.
• Apply the PBS model of care and promote person-centred care, choice and inclusion.
• Role model PBS principles and support staff in applying them across care duties.
