Job summary

Radis Community Care in the Upton area is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a person-centred team, providing one-to-one support and promoting independence.

You will assist with personal care including hoisting and PEG feeding as required, with shift patterns from 7am-5pm and alternating weekends, and full training provided to support your development.

About the role

Radis Community Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a person-centred team supporting a client in the Upton area, aswell as covering hours at our main site Clarence Park Village.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful one-to-one support relationships and providing consistent, respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life.

About the individual you’ll be supporting

You will be supporting a client who requires hoisting, PEG feed, and some other nursing tasks. All training will be provided.

Shift pattern

• 7am-5pm (shift times can be split up if preferred e.g. 9am-12pm , 3pm-5pm)
• Alternating weekends required
