National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for an 18-bed residential service in the United Kingdom. You will support young adults with complex needs, plan goals, and help with daily tasks and personal care, including medication administration where needed.

You will build strong relationships, work as part of a team, and promote independence through meaningful activities and outings, with access to paid training and progression opportunities.
