Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young adults with complex needs at Chosen Care, Chosen Court. You will build relationships, plan activities, and support daily living tasks including personal care, cooking, and medication administration.

The role offers paid training, progression opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive culture. The position is based in the United Kingdom with a 35-hour weekly schedule and a salary of £12.71 per hour.

• Help plan and participate in enjoyable days out as requested by individuals.
• Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
