We're recruiting Support Workers to work across five supported living services in the Chippenham area, supporting 12 adults aged from their 20s to their 70s with autism and learning disabilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in different environments. Rather than working in one fixed service, you'll support people across multiple nearby locations, helping ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered wherever it's needed.
The people we support live predominately independent lives within supported living settings and enjoy being active members of their local communities.
