Job summary

Norwa Care Solutions Ltd in Lowestoft is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join a committed team delivering care to individuals in the community.

Roles are full- or part-time, with pay from £14.24 per hour including holiday pay. DBS check preferred; driving license is a plus; travel up to an hour may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months paid care experience in learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour.
• Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship not offered.
• DBS on update service preferred – we can arrange a DBS if required.
• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential if willing to travel up to an hour.
• Be able to commit to shifts – permanent staffing partner with continuity of staff is key.
• Practical Moving and Handling experience and willingness to complete the training.
